Shipping and Return Policy

Returning The Hot Yoga Dome (Purchases Only: Does not apply to rental agreements)

The Tiny Dome, The Compact Dome and The Home Dome can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at heat@thehotyogadome.com and we will provide you with return instructions. The Dome and accessories must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost to our warehouse in either California, New Jersey or Texas which can range from approximately $45 (for local returns) to $100 for longer distances. We are able to offer return labels using our discounted USPS rates, the cost for which will be deducted from the refund if the customers chooses to use this service.

Please tape the LED light remote to the LED adaptor, pack the Dome tightly in it's carry case and return it, with all accessories in their original packaging to the address provided in the return instructions.

Once the return is received in to our fulfilment center, it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account. 

If your Hot Yoga Dome is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, The Hot Yoga Dome reserve the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at The Hot Yoga Dome’s sole discretion.

Please ensure the Dome is cleaned before returning to us otherwise the cost of cleaning it will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as The Hot Yoga Studio Dome, Custom Products, refurbished/discounted Domes and special orders or personalized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order before it ships we will issue a full refund.

Shipping Policy

The Hot Yoga Dome shall endeavour to deliver all parts of the order in accordance with the latest shipping estimates as listed on our website. Orders that are in stock will generally be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. 

The following shipping rates are available within USA:

  • Standard: 3 - 5 business days
  • Priority: 2 business days
  • Expedited: Next business day

The Hot Yoga Dome cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery date that are outside the Company’s direct control in relation to differing international Customs & Excise procedures and international freight.
